About the Role:
Royal London Ireland is seeking applications for a Case Manager to join our New Business team.
The role of the Case Manager is to develop relationships with Brokers and to provide excellent service which will promote Royal London as Financial Brokers’ provider of choice for protection products.
The Case Manager delivers administrative support to Financial Brokers and the Sales Team as well as keeping in regular contact with a panel of Brokers to ensure they have accurate and up to date information on all their cases, alongside issuing policy documentation.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your people skills in a financial services environment and work with a successful team of customer support professionals.
Key responsibilities
Develop broker relationships to offer excellent service which will promote Royal London as their provider of choice for protection products
Provide administrative support for and on behalf of the Sales Team
Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with varied and complex enquiries from Brokers and policyholders
Efficiently and effectively process policy documentation and underwriting requirements
Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly principles, the Consumer Protection Code and Royal London values
Criteria
APA or QFA qualified. If not already, a willingness to become qualified within 12 months of joining Royal London
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Courteous, professional telephone manner, offering a high level of customer service
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to meet deadlines/ SLAs and manage pressure/ priorities
