Food & Beverage Manager
We require a Food & Beverage Manager for a 4 star hotel located in Westport Co. Mayo.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Hotel Management on day to day running of the hotel
- To oversee and run the Restaurant, Lounge & Conference & Banqueting
- Manage a team while on duty.
- Keeping close eye on hotel standards while maintaining a presence in the hotel
- Daily communication handovers with the operations management team
- Working closely with Operations Manager and General Manager to upskill & train Staff.
- Implementing goals & Incentives for the F&B team
- Effectively guide the team to achieve the targets.
- Excellent customer service provider
- Implementing Hotel operating standards in relation to suppliers, Service Excellence, Hotel presentation & Customer Service
- Monitoring business on books is reviewed for the month ahead and keeping close eye on day-to-day basis.
- Ensure clear instructions are communicated to the team and throughout department.
- Any other duties assigned by Hotel Management
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous experience in similar hotel in 4*/5* hotel environment.
- Proven track record of leading a restaurant and/or banqueting team.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Candidate must have right to work in Ireland at the time of application as there is no visa sponsorship for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

- Westport, CO. Mayo: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Food & Beverage Management: 2 years (preferred)
