This position commences in August and operates around the secondary school calendar. Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer (unpaid)

Shift approx 8.00am - 2.00pm. Half day Friday.
20 hours per week.
The role involves the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes. Service of small break, lunch and clean down.
Garda vetting must be completed and disclosure received prior to starting in the position.
Strong time management and organisational skills are a must as operating to strict break times.
Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage but not essential.
