The Global Payments team is building a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, such as TikTok, Helo, Games, Education, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of AML/CFT & Sanctions functional areas for adherence to regulations and existing policies/procedures, specifically in the areas of:
• Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews
• Transaction monitoring investigations
• Sanctions screening
• Identify key control points and assess the execution of processes against procedures.
• Plan, sample and report the results from quality assurance reviews conducted.
• Create reports for senior management based on initial findings.
• Create corrective action plans of proposed findings.
• Develop and report quality assurance metrics to relevant stakeholders within PIPO Europe Limited and PIPO group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 2 to 4 years experience as a quality professional at a payment/e-money institution, bank, fin-tech, financial regulatory agency and/or professional service firm serving financial institution clients.
• Significant understanding of transaction monitoring investigations and sanction screening
• Deep understanding of process design (documenting process using flowcharts, Standard Operating Procedures, and Knowledge Bases) and improvement (Six Sigma, Lean, PMP)
• Strong technical knowledge with an understanding of AML/CFT legislation
• Effective problem solver and possesses excellent time management skills
