Grafton Digital is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a full-time Digital Marketing Executive, in the furniture & retail industry. Candidate must be able to commute to Oranmore during working hours to work in clients offices.
Purpose of role:
The role of digital marketing executive is responsible for creating social media content across the board for our Furniture & Retail client, in line with online and in-store promotions. You will work directly with the in-house management team to create daily social media content across multiple social networks and for the website. You will also be required to provide management of Shopify store, uploading products, doing minor web editing and assisting with online orders such as customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Create, write and publish daily content across all social channels
- Comfortable in front of the camera for social video and website product videos.
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns
- Co-ordinate with internal visual merchandisers and marketing team to weekly create videos for use across social media and website
- Maintain the overall social content strategy & suggest improvements.
- Facebook advertising using Ads Manager
- Google advertisign (preferred) using Google Ads
- Customer service for social media accounts & website
- Research new developments in social media, communicate your findings to the team and develop ideas based on your findings
- Market and competitor analysis
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Manage Shopify store inventory
- Assist with website operations
Knowledge, skills experience:
- Demonstrable passion for social media and ecommerce
- A solid understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram as well as a keen interest in emerging platforms.
- A passion for creative brainstorming and ideas generation
- A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills
- A good understanding and knowledge of the furniture industry a plus
- Excellent verbal communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to use own initiative

Salary: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
