The Enterprise Learning & Development (eL&D) mission is to empower a culture of learning that enables business impact, team performance and individual growth at PayPal. The eL&D team does this through Fostering Values & Culture; Enabling Business Strategy & Employee Performance; and Continuously Improving L&D Operations.
The Learning & Development Leader has overall responsibility to develop and deliver enterprise leadership programs for talent across all corners of PayPal. Who Are You:
- As a key Leader in the Learning & Development space, this role will execute leadership development programs & initiatives designed to maximize talent capability and leadership excellence.
- This role will be instrumental in driving the enterprise Learning strategy and will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of world class learning strategies, policies and processes that enhance our people capabilities.
Skills and Competencies:
- A proven functional expert with experience leading leadership programs, preferably working within environments focused on the intersection of Learning and Development, HR, and Business Unit leaders
- Prior experience working in a high-growth environment that requires significant interaction with employees at all levels
- Engaging, driven and action oriented
- Executive presence, listening and influence ability with senior leadership; demonstrates a professional maturity in order to influence with an open and transparent approach
- Ability to work collaboratively; self-motivated
- Experience building and optimizing a variety of programs; knowledge of current learning technologies
- A strong business mindset, demonstrating confidentiality while fostering an inclusive environment that embraces transparency
- A willingness to learn; self-aware
- Strategic Agility; understands key relationships relevant to achieving short- and long-term objectives. Uses data and business acumen to make sound decisions
- Champions changes and offer compelling ideas to advance the business
Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $118700 to $246290
