Quality & Compliance Officer


 

This role will be responsible for leading and delivering all activity in relation to quality and compliance across the business, leading the development and progress of a positive compliance culture, including compliance with standards, policies, procedures and legislation.

The role is open to recent graduates (within the last 4 years) that have gained a minimum Level 6 qualification in a related field.

Salary will depend on experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Assisting with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures.

· Manage the quality control and recall processes to ensure accurate batch traceability and deviation management.

· Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.

· Manage the compliance program ensuring the controls in the compliance register are adhered too, and records of compliance are maintained.

· Complete internal audits and 6s inspections in accordance with the audit program, report on the outcome of the internal audits ensuring the identified issues are captured as corrective actions.

· Ensure corrective actions from internal audits are raised, actioned and closed out as per the corrective action process.

· Manage change in the business to ensure the impact of change is controlled.

· Ensure adherence to control of documented information process ensuring that all verification records are maintained.

· Compile quality and business data to support data-driven solutions

· Manage and oversee safety program for all staff

· Ensure that safety training programs are up to date

· Utilise consultation and participation practices to complete job hazard analysis, and surveillance

· Drive the management of the risk assessment program to ensure that all risk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments are completed in compliance with consultation and participation requirements.

· Develop, maintain and drive safety observation and near miss reporting processes, ensuring that any concerns raised are documented, and relevant actions taken, with results of those actions reported back to those that raised the concern.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €30,000.00-€50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
