We are currently recruiting for an experienced hospitality manager to oversee our wine bar, operating Wednesday to Friday shifts from 3pm, and Saturday shifts from 11am. Margadh RHA is a modern European cafe and wine bar set in the beautiful environs of the RHA Gallery on Ely Place. We recently received the award for "Best Casual Dining" at the 2022 Food&Wine Restaurant of The Year Awards.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hard working person to join our team in a full time role. We’d love for you to have three years of management experience working in a fast paced restaurant or wine bar. We’ve got a great team, who are used to the fast paced nature of the space and we really need someone who can slip right in and hit the ground running.
The successful candidate will manage the smooth day to day running of the wine bar, co-ordinate FOH staff, be responsible for ordering wine and FOH supplies, stock takes, as well as liaison with ownership group. The wine bar manager will also gather and send information relating to finance, ordering, rosters and HR on a daily/weekly basis, with some hours dedicated to admin outside of service.
The ideal candidate must be interested in working in a fast paced environment and able to diversify within different sections, have good interpersonal and leadership skills and a love for the hospitality industry.
