Duties and Responsibilities
· Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, bathrooms and ensuring that all guest toiletries and towels are provided.
· Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in public areas throughout the guest accommodation.
· Cleaning and preparing linen as required.
· Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
· Have a full knowledge and understanding of all accommodation services and a general knowledge of all other facilities and opening hours and communicate these to guests as required.
· Anticipate guests needs and demonstrate a good manner when assisting guests.
· Record, report and process any lost property.
· Report any maintenance faults, room defects, guest comments to Management.
· Be aware of, and adhere to, all Health and Safety, fire safety and security procedures.
· Attendance of any training courses / meetings required by management.
· To perform all duties instructed by management in a timely and courteous manner
