Graphics Content Creator - Multi-Platform
As a Graphics Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing visually appealing and engaging graphics content across multiple platforms, including web landing pages, dashboards, social media, videos, infographics, and more. Your creativity and design skills will play a crucial role in capturing our brand's essence and effectively communicating our messages to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in various design styles and proficiency in relevant design tools and software.

Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling graphics content, including web landing pages, dashboards, social media posts, videos, infographics, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements, target audience, and project objectives.
- Create and maintain a consistent brand identity by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards across all platforms.
- Conceptualize and design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Use various design techniques, layouts, and tools to create aesthetically pleasing visuals that enhance the overall user engagement.
- Optimize graphics for different platforms, ensuring compatibility, responsiveness, and fast-loading times.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve and innovate the design process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to deliver high-quality graphics content within given timelines.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure graphics content is error-free and aligns with design specifications.
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior designers and collaborate on design projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
- Proven experience as a Graphics Content Creator or similar role, with a focus on designing for multiple platforms and formats.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, social media graphics, videos, infographics, and other relevant design formats.
- Experience with user interface (UI) design and creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and designing for different screen sizes and devices.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and an ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of web development languages (HTML, CSS) and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Video editing skills and proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
